INDUSTRIAL BRUSHES

Industrial brushes may be constructed in many sizes with a variety of bristles material in various patterns. These brushes are used to clean, polish or coat an endless array of products. These brushes are typically made in staple set fashion.

Staple set brushes consist of tufts of filaments stapled into a drilled or molded hole. The block can be any material that can be penetrated with a staple and firm enough to hold the staple in place.

Brushes can also be made with the tufts hand tied or glued into place. Hole patterns, hole density and materials are usually determined by the application.

BLOCK BRUSHES

Block brushes encompass any type of brush bristle inserted into any type of block. They are the most common style of staple-set brushes, and are available in the widest range of size and shape.

DISC BRUSHES

Disc brushes are used when the brushing action is more effectively applied to a flat surface in a circular manner.

HAND HELD BRUSHES

Hand held brushes is brushes typically small in nature that one can hold in their hand to perform work, usually made with staple set or hand laced construction, that are used for those hard-to-get-to areas.

ROLLER BRUSHES

Roller brushes can be manufactured from various materials, with the shafts made from either solid bar or tube to suit the customer requirements.

SEAL BRUSHES

Seal brushes have a wide variety of used and applications. They are commonly found as dust, moisture or light barriers, and can be used as weather stripping. They are also used on a conveyor to safety guide product along.

TWISTED BRUSHES

Twisted brushes are made to order in a full range of sizes from miniature to several inches in diameter. In essence, a piece of wire is doubled over and bristle material is inserted between the fold of the wire stem, and twisting it up like a rubber band.

WHEEL BRUSHES

Wheel brushes is very similar to roller brushes. If the outside diameter of a brush is larger than length of the brush than by definition it is a wheel brush.
